Who we are

Leadership Intelligence operates the website at intelligentleadership.ai. You can reach us any time at hello@intelligentleadership.ai.

What we collect on this website

• Demo requests. If you submit the demo form, we collect what you type: your name, work email, company, company size, role, and any notes you include.
• Aggregate analytics. We use cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records routine technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

• To reply to your demo request and talk with you about the platform. That's it.
• We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. Submitting the form does not add you to a mailing list.

Where it lives

Demo requests are stored in our form backend (a managed database) and delivered to our team by email. Both are access-controlled and limited to the people who need to reply to you.

Chat assistants (Telegram)

Platform users can connect their account to a chat app so their co-pilot can reach them there. If you link a Telegram account:

• What we collect. Your Telegram user ID and the chat ID (so we know where to deliver), your username (shown back to you when you confirm the link, never used to identify you), and the messages you send the bot. Your conversations are stored in your own platform account, exactly like co-pilot chats inside the app.
• What the bot does. It answers questions about your own record, delivers your notices and the reminders you set, and makes only the changes you approve with an explicit tap. It answers about you, to you. In a shared room your manager sets up with you, it posts only what you can both already see in the product — never a rating, and never one person's private notes.
• What Telegram sees. Messages to and from the bot pass through and are stored by Telegram on its own servers, under Telegram's privacy policy. If that trade-off doesn't suit you, don't link — everything the bot does is also available inside the app.
• Your choices. Send /unlink to the bot or press Disconnect in the app's Chat settings, any time — delivery stops immediately. For deletion of stored conversations, email hello@intelligentleadership.ai.

Scope

This policy covers this marketing website and the chat assistants described above. The Leadership Intelligence platform itself — where customer workforce data lives — is governed by separate agreements with customers, with substantially stricter commitments (including aggregate-only team signals and no use of customer data to train foundation models).

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and not directed at children under 16.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
